1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or registering for the free Power Yoga Masterclass ("Masterclass") by SriLakshmi Kachiraju, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. About the Masterclass

The Masterclass is a free, live educational session delivered on Zoom. Session date, timing, duration, and format are described on the landing page and may be updated for operational reasons. We reserve the right to reschedule, extend, or cancel a session and will notify registered participants by email or WhatsApp when we do.

3. Eligibility

The Masterclass is intended for adults 18 and older. Participants under 18 may attend only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Registration & communication

By registering, you consent to receive transactional messages (confirmation, reminders, joining link, replay) and educational follow-ups by email and WhatsApp/SMS. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional messages at any time.

5. Health & safety disclaimer

The Masterclass shares general wellness guidance and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or injury. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new movement or breathing practice, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or managing a health condition. You practise at your own risk and are responsible for stopping immediately if you feel unwell.

6. No guarantees of results

Any outcomes, testimonials, or transformations shared on this site are individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Progress depends on your consistency, body, health history, and effort.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and inside the Masterclass — including text, video, images, audio, sequences, and teaching materials — is the property of SriLakshmi Kachiraju and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or repurpose the Masterclass or its materials without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt the live session or harass other participants.
• Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute the session without permission.
• Do not use this site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these rules, without refund or notice.

9. Third-party platforms

The Masterclass is delivered on Zoom and communications may be sent via third-party email and WhatsApp providers. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or issues on third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SriLakshmi Kachiraju and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website or participation in the Masterclass. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Masterclass is to stop using it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
