1. Who we are

This website is operated by SriLakshmi Kachiraju ("we", "us", "our"). We publish the free Power Yoga Masterclass and related educational content. If you have questions about this policy, reach out via the contact channels shared on our confirmation and reminder messages.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you knowingly share and a small amount of technical data:

  • Registration details — full name, email address, phone number (with country code), and any optional answers you provide when reserving your seat.
  • Attribution & usage data — UTM parameters, referring page, device type, approximate location (city/country), and interaction events (page views, button clicks) used to measure the masterclass funnel.
  • Cookies & pixels — first-party cookies for session/state and third-party pixels for Meta (Facebook) advertising and analytics.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

3. How we use your information

  • Confirm your seat, send session reminders, and deliver the Zoom joining link.
  • Send masterclass-related follow-ups, replays, and educational content about our programs.
  • Improve the landing page, measure ad performance, and prevent spam or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (registering for the masterclass) and our legitimate interests in running and improving the masterclass. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. Sharing with service providers

We share the minimum data needed with vetted providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Zoom (webinar delivery)
  • Email & WhatsApp messaging providers (reminders and follow-ups)
  • Cloud hosting & database (secure storage of registrations)
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and analytics tools (advertising performance)

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

Registration records are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate details
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from further emails
  • Object to processing for direct marketing

To exercise any of these rights, reply to any masterclass email with your request.

8. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and role-based access control on our database. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session state and third-party cookies from Meta for advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work as intended.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
